1.0 PURPOSE OF THE REPORT
1.1 To provide Council with details of reports received and decisions made by the Executive and any subsequent recommendations to Council since the last meeting of Council on 13 November 2024.

2.0 DETAILS OF THE MEETINGS
2.1 The following sections provide details of decisions made by the Executive and recommendations to Council since its last meeting on 13 November 2024 (Performance Monitoring). The meetings were held on the following dates: 19 November 2024; 17 December 2024; 7 January 2025; 21 January 2025; 4 February 2025 and 18 February 2025 (Performance Monitoring).
2.2 19 November 2024 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 19 November 2024. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les in the Chair. Councillors Mark Crane, Gareth Dadd, Keane Duncan, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Greg White and Annabel Wilkinson.
In attendance: Councillors Alyson Baker, Barbara Brodigan (remote), Caroline Dickinson, Kevin Foster, Sam Gibbs, Paul Haslam (remote), David Hugill, Cliff Lunn, Andrew Murday, Steve Shaw-Wright (remote), David Staveley (remote), Malcolm Taylor, Karin Sedgwick, John Weighell and Andrew Williams.

· Quarterly Performance and Budget Monitoring Report
· North Yorkshire Council response to the Boundary Commission's consultation of
· future division boundaries
· Proposal to add provision for Special Educational Needs in the form of Targeted Mainstream Provision at Norton Community Primary School and Dishforth Airfield Community Primary School

2.3 17 December 2024 Executive Meeting
In attendance: Councillors Barbara Brodigan, Kevin Foster, Tim Grogan, Paul Haslam (remote), George Jabbour, Bob Packham (remote) and Malcolm Taylor.
Substantive agenda items were:
· Adoption of an Inclusive Service Plan focussed on Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing
· Adoption of a revised Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy
· Joint Place Committee with Humber and North Yorkshire NHS Integrated Care Board
· Mayoral Investment Fund – Acceptance of funding to deliver priority projects
· Harrogate Convention Centre – Outcome of Soft Market Testing (Appendix to this report is private)
· Appointments to Committees and Outside Bodies.

2.4 7 January 2025 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 7 January 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les in the Chair. Councillors Mark Crane, Gareth Dadd, Keane Duncan, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips and Greg White.
Remote attendance: Councillor Janet Sanderson.
In attendance: Councillors Paul Haslam (remote), George Jabbour and John Ritchie (remote).
Apologies: Councillor Annabel Wilkinson.

2.5 21 January 2025 Executive Meeting

2.6 4 February 2025 Executive Meeting

3.7 North Yorkshire Council Pay Policy for Senior Managers 2025/26
This item was considered at the meeting of the Executive held on 4 February 2025.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Pay Policy is approved by Council for publication.

3.8 The Future of the Selby Local Plan
This item was considered at the meeting of the Executive held on 4 February 2025.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the work on the emergency Selby Local Plan is ceased.
